Review on NetWaiter by Abbas Kumar

The net waiter app is very easy to use, as it has several menus for different type of food establishments that fit your requirements (as per taste). It also provides an amazing number of options when selecting foods from various cuisines within a single restaurant category or chain in order the make selection process much easier! Not so many complaints here- but overall I am satisfied with this platform's offerings. My only suggestion would be to provide a mobile website version like what they are currently providing via their desktop versions because using apps over smartphones can become quite frustrating sometimes especially while travelling where there isn't enough wi-fi access. Easy navigation through menu selections/orders using the net waiter app makes my work considerably faster without any hassle at all. The ability for us as restaurant owners to manage our business from anywhere in the world was one of my favorite features, so I can't think of anything negative about it! There is not much we disliked at this time but there are things that could be improved upon like mobile responsiveness (it's almost unusable). We have been able to keep up with all aspects of running our businesses while traveling thanks to netwaiter.
