I got them because I'm a teacher and it's the perfect way to keep track of time without interrupting your studies! Each individual color timer is set to one, two, three or five minutes. For example, the blue timer measures one minute, the green timer measures two minutes, etc. I use a lot of educational games. When the student has one minute to answer the question, the blue timer will flip over and the student can look at the timer and see how much time is left. When you tell students they have five minutes to complete the test, you can flip the yellow timer. Excellent! If you have a student who needs to go to the bathroom and wait three minutes, you can set a red timer. This saves you from having to interrupt your class. You turn on the timer and keep learning. They are also perfect for moms. If you give a child time off, set the appropriate timer. Your child will become a little more familiar with the concept of time and will know that when the sand runs out, they can come out of time-out. They can also be used for cooking, as long as what you're cooking cooks in five minutes or less! That's really a great prize for them! They are strong enough for their purpose. I hope this review and photos will be useful to you! 🙂
