My 75 year old mother has type 2 diabetes and her legs often swell and hurt a lot! This amazing foot massager has really helped her relieve some of them and allows her to get some much needed sleep when her feet are sore before bed! The foot massager offers different levels of heat, massage strength, timing, and compression, but she found the default option worked best. By default, two-way rotation is allowed, a decent amount of heat, and a 15-minute limit. This gave her the best results and allowed her to relax more during the day and get some much-needed sleep. The only suggestion I would make is to wear socks if you have very sensitive feet. My elderly mother's feet are very sensitive and the socks give some padding to the skin. So far she is very happy with the results. Highly recommended and a great gift 🎁
