You have to keep in mind that your headphones are agile in these things. I've tried sleeping with them right over my ears and they were uncomfortable. But I moved them forward so they were over my temples and comfort improved greatly. I had to turn them to red so I could hear them well and that's the position and I have to adjust a bit so the eyepiece sits comfortably over my eyes but I'm one of those super sensitive people. so I figured someone else wouldn't be so picky. This sound is great! I listen to hypnotics or music at night and I love it! I didn't overheat at all and they are way darker than all my sleep masks.
