The amps that impress me the most are

This is my first experience with inexpensive Class D amps. My last full range Class D amp was with a more expensive amp (about 10 times the price of this one) about 15 years ago, and still is. That's what kept me from Class D for so long. It has none of the flaws of my previous attempt. I don't yet know what its longevity will be, but this amp runs silently with no inputs and seems to play my music the way I expected it to. I can't find any compromises in the sound quality compared to my much more expensive AB amps. It drives my low-impedance speakers at normal volume with no problem. My amp had a power supply - 32 VDC, 5 amps. It's not enough to push this amp to peak performance, but it's probably a good compromise between SQ and POWER. For the price, I can wholeheartedly recommend this amp. Unless you have exceptionally loud speakers, this amp will probably suffice for most people and most applications. I suspect that the interaction between the speaker and the room will cause a lot more problems than the SQ of this amp. If everything else in your system is perfect, you probably aren't looking for sub-$100 amps. The only thing that really worries me is the durability and if it fails it will damage my speakers.
