My office chair started to crumble (cheap or imitation leather?) when it was about 7 years old. At the age of 10 it got really bad. Otherwise, the chair still offers excellent support and is reasonably comfortable. Given my options, I opted for a repair rather than a replacement. This case serves its purpose and looks good. INSTALLATION TIP: My chair came with a six step instruction manual, a scanned copy of which is attached to this review. • SKIP STEP 2 and SAVE FOR END. Otherwise it will be very difficult to complete installation steps 3 and 4 as there will be too much pressure on the plastic zippers. (And the number one reason why some other reviewers gave this product a bad rating is broken zippers!) So close them first, then pull the seat cover on. Product Improvement Suggestion: The armrest covers remain very loose. Detaches with elastic ends Would I buy it again? Let's see how it holds up. I expect good things. So yes, I probably would.
