As soon as I received this cable I tested it by connecting it to my Xbox One S, Roku Ultra, Apple TV 4K and hooked up my 4K Blu-ray player - worked great with all of them; Picture and sound were excellent. Unlike many HDMI cables, this one is ugly. It's very well made, with quality ports and cables, but its looks are strictly utilitarian. It was good for my purposes because it was intended to be used in a place where it wouldn't be visible. I wanted a quality cable and didn't care how it looked so this cable was the perfect choice. Note: the connector pins have been protected by a plastic cover and the connector shell, strain relief and boots have been protected by a piece of stretchable teflon sleeve - that kind of attention to detail tells me that they care about delivering a quality product.
