Everything was pretty decent initially, definitely not top quality, but the ratchet worked well. The teeth that attach the strap to the buckle can break the strap and cause wear. The "leather" is not of very good quality and looks very fragile. After some use, the strap material split and then simply snapped in half when bent to pick something up. It fits snugly and holds position, just wish the actual part of the strap was stronger and better quality. It broke and I just threw it away. Sufficient for two months of daily use.
