Revainrating 4 out of 5

Having trouble eating pork or other fatty meats? No problem .

There are several complaints about using this machine on fatty meat (pork, beef), the complaints are justified - I myself encountered such a problem. Before use please watch the video and follow the instructions - make sure you understand how the suction works - its purpose - to fix the machine securely on the tabletop. Before first use, lubricate the blades and filter and assemble according to the instructions, tighten - make sure they are very tight. You shouldn't have a problem with chicken, veggies - anything that's brittle, FAT PORK/BEEF WILL SOMETIMES HAVE A PROBLEM, SO SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE DECIDED TO RETURN THIS MACHINE, in my experience the problem is caused by fatty tissue that builds up in the Blade tangled The blade will quickly tangle and stop spinning (cutting), if you press hard/twist the knot, you'll just lose yourself and fall apart. There are several ways to solve this problem, if you have other things like chicken/vegetables/shrimp mix them with fatty meat, vegetables tolerate fatty meat easily. However, if you're only preparing meat, you can do an "Xster Spin" - by spinning the blade forward three times and then back twice, spinning back will remove the fatty tissue that builds up on the blade and most of it. must happen with the next thrust, only turning the blade in one direction with fatty meat will not succeed
