Review on 🔧 BACOENG 1 Gallon Vacuum Chamber System by William Mathis

This product works when you need to do small things but if you need a long lasting vacuum pump I don't think this is the best product. Customer service is great, they sent replacements when I needed them, but unfortunately I had to request parts a couple of times. Vacuum works well for degassing silicone but releases vapor when turned on. When I opened the box to use it, it had no threads to connect the tubing from the pump to the chamber. So I had to request it and wait another month for the part to arrive. Another oddity is that no matter how much oil I put in the vacuum, the level never dropped below the minimum line, so I never know when I'll run out of oil. The controller on the camera also stopped working after a few months and I asked for a replacement which they kindly sent me. However when I went to swap I couldn't remove the other regulator and when I looked closely I saw that it was glued to the entire system. So I need to request a brand new top. Overall I would recommend spending more money on a higher quality vacuum if you want to avoid the back and forth. If not, then it works fine!
