A few times a month I made a "Balloon Pool" for the kids and bought them because I got more for the money. It was a bad idea. At first there were only 82 balloons. Second, they burst at the slightest touch. Third, most of the greens and dark greens already had holes. If you inflate them halfway, you'll be fine; So if you're just making water balloons, they should work. Unfortunately I'm spending the few bucks more for fewer balloons just to make sure we get 30+ seconds out of them.
