I use this arm to hold a webcam to view a device in my store. The thing is great, it has ball joints at both ends and a knee in the middle. To adjust it, loosen the knob on your elbow and EVERYTHING will loosen (i.e. both ends of the ball and elbow). You move it where you need it and tighten it again. With a loosen/tighten button, this is very quick and easy to set up. I wouldn't use this if you need to move it to a playable position as everything moves and it will be difficult to get it exactly the same again. However, if you need more mounting flexibility, this is ideal. If you end up cutting your own taps (like I did), the ends will have the standard 1/4"-20 thread found on most cameras.
