Installed the seat cover in less than 3 minutes this afternoon. Keep in mind that there are no instructions in the kit, but it was very easy to figure out. My car is a full size Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring and the cover looks like it was custom made for an SUV. To install, unfold the cover. Note that the non-slip surface faces down and covers the seat and backrest. 1. Place the rear straps around the left and right rear seat headrest pillars.2. Notice the two handles on the back of the case. You go through the gap between the seat and the backrest. The easiest way to install them is to tilt the seat forward slightly, then slide the handle through the gap and pull back. Do this for both left and right handles.3. Pull out the side flaps from under the seat cover to protect the sides of the seat.3. Attach the left and right front straps to the left and right headrest posts.4. Adjust the straps as needed.5. Take your favorite dog, charge it up and go for a walk! Note. The manufacturer supplies a dog harness. I would advise putting this aside as a spare and getting a case with a built in shock absorbing ratchet strap (rubber bungee). After all, you really need to protect your friend from sudden stops or bumps. This is a beautifully designed and crafted seat cover. It's economical, well built and thought out, and seems pretty solid, but I can't confirm that right now. The seat belt is fine, but it does not absorb shock. It's a freebie so I'm not pushing it against the case. This is a bargain for a fully functional car seat cover!
