I love that my data can be used in multiple ways (campaigns). It's easy enough to set up campaigns with different KPIs & metrics using your own variables/tags etc. The system does not have native integrations like Zapier or Google Sheets which would help streamline workflows between platforms but it has been possible to integrate via APIs. There are some issues where you need more then 1 person working together as there seems to be confusion around what needs done first - so communication could improve here! Don't hesitate if this sounds interesting because you will find yourself wanting additional features down the road once things start rolling out further into 2020! We're looking at how we best utilize our insights across all of our channels including email newsletters, social media posts / ads + content creation efforts through HubSpot CRM integration along w other internal tools such as MS Teams.
