Review on ATLAS by Paul Rose

I like that it is easy to use and has many different features. It's also very customizable which allows you to create your own custom fields. I dislike that sometimes when I update or edit the information in the database, it does not always save my changes. Also, there are times where I can't access certain sections of the software. I would recommend this product because it is easy to use and provides many options. We have been able to streamline our data entry process by using Atlas. The benefits of Atlas are that we can quickly input new customers as well as track any issues with our customers' accounts. The software is very user friendly if you have some experience with it as well so that's not an issue at all! I am currently managing multiple municipalities' smart meters in Austria and Germany but also other countries as well. This way we can see how much power our customers use per day which helps us to plan efficiently their consumption over time. Also this gives me insights into my own organization/city about what kind of resources are needed or maybe even used less than necessary.
