Good taste of vanilla ice cream!

I really like the taste of this protein. It tastes great with water or almond milk (a very good combination for a vanilla ice cream flavor)). I love that it has 24g of protein per serving which is great! The carbs are a little high, but not high enough to put me off. I use this pre and post workout and I can see a pretty good difference in my recovery and strength. Another big plus is that it's gluten and soy free (I really look for any product that's soy free). Cellucor did the right thing by being NSF certified so every athlete can feel safe taking it. I didn't have any of the side effects (gastrointestinal issues) that are typical of the high protein intake I was consuming. Overall a great product!
