Do not buy refurbished from Revain

Didn't know it was a flea market. I can't give it away. It comes in a zippered pouch with a charging box at the Dollar Store. Plugged in so far and it turns on, but after 20 minutes of charging it's only 1%, how long does it have to charge before it hits 2%? To be honest, the delivery was delayed by about a week, so I understand that the battery is not working or not charging. But it may be too late to return and replace it before Christmas.
