Altama: A Lethargic Online Store with Subpar Products

I was dissatisfied with Altama's selection as a consumer who is concerned about quality and dependability. Despite their claims to offer high-quality clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I discovered their offerings to be inferior compared to those of other internet stores. The quality of Altama's products was one of my greatest grievances. The shoes I purchased from them were uncomfortable and of low quality, showing early symptoms of wear and tear. The apparel was also disappointing, made of subpar materials and stitched haphazardly so that it would come apart after only a few washings. The product selection on Altama's website was similarly subpar. Despite their claims to the contrary, I didn't find their assortment of clothes, shoes, or jewelry to be particularly impressive. The designs were dated, and the selection of colors and sizes was limited. Altama's expertise in uniforms, workwear, and safety equipment also did little to improve their subpar offerings. The comfort and safety of the wearer were not given much consideration in the design or fit of the products in these categories. Overall, I was utterly let down by my Altama buying experience. Their range was small, their products were of poor quality, and their focus on workplace and uniforms did little to make up for their flaws in other areas. I would advise you to search elsewhere if you're looking for fine jewelry, shoes, or clothing.

Pros
  • focus on work clothes and uniforms.
Cons
  • Some products suffer from inadequate quality control.
