This chandelier has many problems. I thought I would get the chandelier fully assembled, instead it came unassembled. Okay, I thought, dude, I'll take the congregation. But we will try anyway. So a few days after receipt I get to work, take out my old unit and start hooking up the base and electrics. It was easy. I came to look at it before closing everything and I look all over the packaging for lightbulbs only to see that lightbulbs are not included. These bulbs add another $14 to $50 to the price, depending on where you buy them. So I was very dissatisfied with it. Now I go back and read the description and see it says no bulbs are included. But for God's sake; who sells a chandelier with special lightbulbs that are not ordinary household lightbulbs without lightbulbs. Now I have to go back and order lightbulbs. Luckily I found them at Revain for the lowest prices. But I have to wait one more day, I'm lucky again that I'm a main supplier and I get one day delivery to get a set of bulbs. But it is unacceptable for this company to sell a product without lightbulbs, which I cannot easily find at my local hardware store. Next come the crystals. tiny little spring-like key rings that are opened with the fingernails and threaded through very small cotter pins on the base plate. Finally, of course, the materials, steel, coatings and quality are very poor. So they would get three stars if they turned on the lightbulbs. But that's the best they can get when selling anything to the public, regardless of people's efforts and fears.
