The threaded part breaks off

The threaded part is a separate piece that is pressed into the body of the spring base. - I can't figure out how to upload a photo :( - 4 out of 10 broke off while tightening. I've tried different tightening methods including pre-drilling holes but didn't get a reliable result. Accidental hit will cause disintegrate Too cheap!
