I designed my own kitchen table. I have a very small pantry and there really isn't room for a proper table. I hung a block of meat on the wall. It was almost perfect. I needed an accessible outlet as most kitchen appliances seem to come with a 2 foot cord. I saw that and the lightbulb came on. Delivery was quick. Installation consisted of cutting a hole in the butcher block and screwing it in until then. Since I have it where it is I also decided to cover up the edges just in case. Now with this wonderful rosette my desk is perfect!
