The customer support team, specially NIKOS who assisted us with our domains purchase was absolutely amazing! We have been working together for about three years now so I can't think of anything that could be improved upon (except perhaps to offer more flexible payment plans).

It's quite easy as long you know what your doing :) they also sent over some other services such as website hosting which are very useful indeed - it makes life easier when all things related come from one place instead having them spread around ;).
