I lose my tape measure like my ex-wife loses friends. The whole time. And so I buy new ones almost every time I start a project. I discovered these Comelons once for a small tape measure as a Christmas present a few years ago. They came from great strong thick plastic rather than flimsy looks. It's such a thick, almost rubbery plastic that lasts forever. It scratches, doesn't break. What about the nylon coated strap itself? However. I bought these big ones because the little ones were so cool. And these big ones are great too. I've never had a better tape measure and yes I've had Fat Max and stuff like that. They are sweet. But I can buy five for the price of Fat Max. and to be honest I think these are just as good if not better. Have a nice day. doc
