Don't waste your hard-earned dollars!
These collars are very sharp with no plastic pads. I wouldn't use it without coatings. The small size has limbs that are huge for a small dog. The instructions for use that came with these spiked collars do not match the contents of the packaging! The brochure shows a collar of much better quality. I would not buy. I think this collar may hurt your dog's neck because of the sharp teeth. They're not round at all. I ran my finger over the needle and scratched it. Do you have any idea what that does to your dog? waste of my money!
