The application has many features such as scanning for email attachments from other applications/systems like Gmail; it also allows you upload files manually by clicking "Add File". Files will be stored in cloud storage services (Dropbox) which I believe does not have restrictions when uploading large amounts of data using this tool but may require extra fees if so please check before purchasing! Easy document management between multiple offices without having all users accessing each others folders via their own desktop computers etc would take forever otherwise - saves time & money spent travelling back and fourth.
