These are the coolest things in the world! You did such an amazing job at my prom dinner. Don't be put off by the packaged SMALL beads that arrive. You have to follow the instructions, but it's not difficult at all. A day or two before your event, soak your tiny beads in a bowl or container of distilled water, about half a gallon to start. Take care of your pearls, they will start absorbing water! Keep adding water until they stop absorbing it. After about 8-10 hours, pour off the water and enjoy! Once you've created your centerpieces, simply fill them about 3/4 full with beads and anything you want to "float," like pears or flowers, then add water. PEARLS WILL DISAPPEAR! It's the coolest thing in the world. I wish I'd taken a picture of my centerpieces (and I'm a little frustrated that no one has them), but they looked beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)
