The layout, ease-of-use and features. I like that it makes it easy to move documents into folders and subfolders with minimal effort. There aren't any downsides to this software. It's a great program if you want to keep everything organized. It helps if all of your employees are able to access the same platform. I can just click in a folder and drag to my heart's content. Sometimes when an employee leaves the company for whatever reason, they will forget where things were saved. This makes finding information very difficult. With this program, we have one central location for our staff to look up files and send each other emails as needed.
