I like how it is very easy to use,it's free too!And also its ability to scale up with your needs is amazing, we just needed more space for our database, but they helped us out by adding new servers in no time! They offer really great support, even after you have installed their software it will keep monitoring so that if anything happens, you are notified immediately about what went wrong or what can be optimized.It would be nice if there was an offline mode where when the internet goes down for some reason you could still make calls and messages using this system without losing any data. It has been working well for us since last year. We implemented it as part of our telephony solutions which allows customers to contact us through voice calling, video conferencing etc.
