VERY tight fitting (thongs or commandos!) but comfy and cute!
Maybe it was my choice of color (light grey) but this skirt is very, very tight and inelastic or tucked into the shirt, it showed all sorts of things on my bottom. I'm a big fan of so-called pajama skirts and I love the ruffles that make this skirt look more elegant than my others. It is comfortable and can be worn up or down. I'm relatively slim, usually in small, but found it to be a bit larger and average is fine.
