I'm trying to figure out what the seller is asking of me. I thought this was a genuine HP product. HP products really work. I have multiple reports and I just opened my new cartridge and no ink registers! I would appreciate a comment. And would be very grateful for a new black cartridge. I would like to believe it was an accident and the seller will fix it. You are doing it right and I will update my review. However, I still have to print out the reports tonight. By the way. 2 cartridges, none have ink.
