I recently bought a US Polo Assn. Boys Big French Terry Short in Marled Navy for my active 8 year old son and overall I am very pleased. These shorts are incredibly comfortable thanks to the soft, lightweight French terry fabric. Even after a whole day of running and playing, my son hasn't complained of itching or scratching. The marbled navy blue color is also quite classy and will add a cool touch to any outfit. I loved that the shorts were easy to pair with all types of shirts and jackets, making them a versatile addition to my son's wardrobe. A small downside is that the size seems small so make sure to order a larger size when ordering. Even when we increased the size, the length was a little shorter than we would like. This didn't bother us, however, as the overall fit was comfortable enough for everyday wear. All in all, I recommend these shorts to any active boy who craves comfort and style. While they may not be perfect, they still deserve a solid 4 out of 5 stars in my book.
