To be honest although it worked it was a great yarn. I really like that it doesn't spray all over the place and it's easy to use and target specific areas. Unfortunately, less than a month later, he stopped spraying water and was only spraying air. I've emptied and flushed it every time I've used it as instructed and tried to recharge it, but nothing. I've tried searching the instructions and the web for ways to troubleshoot the device, but there aren't any. ZERO. Not a word about the maintenance of the device. Their website doesn't even have a phone number to call, just an email and my returns window closed. I've seen Waterpiks have a hard water problem and they suggest rinsing with vinegar but I didn't want to try that with this device as it's technically more complex and not a full irrigator but a water/air combo. , and there is nothing on the web that recommends it for Oclean. So I return with regret, but as I have a 30 day window I had no choice.
