Even though the shop advertised smartphone deliveries on Ya. Market, I was only able to arrange for pickup after placing an order. The address listed on the website is as uncomplicated as a rake: Ligovsky pr., 50, letter O; yet, the store is located on a massive area with buildings of old warehouses, which today house more than 1600 organizations. The many structures do exist, but no identifying plates can be found on any of them. I got there, found a parking spot, and walked over. There are no signs to indicate the way, and the GPS has been disabled. I had to call the shop to ask where they were located. After ignoring my leading questions, the woman on the other end of the line started scolding me in a very displeased tone. When I realized there was no point, I turned it off. She finally found the shop after asking random people for directions. There are currently three customers seated in the shop, and one of them is the same woman. While she was taking my order, I overheard her berating another customer who had the misfortune of calling this store. The smartphone is brand new, still in its original packaging, and the cheque has been cashed. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I just don't feel like going back to this place to do any more shopping.
