Missing pieces good for me

This item came and quality is fair for the money . But, an entire section of the sectional, the end chair, although packaged neatly , was missing 2 pieces and the cushion. Disappointing to explain to our child who was ready to play with it. Have contacted customer service and am waiting for resolution . There were also small chips in the paint and in the corners of the wood throughout.
