Find a cheaper alternative

The lock itself is good. Bought because I moved to a new apartment and needed to replace the latch that came with it. It doesn't work with Google Home as they do ads. I even spent $45 (back then) to buy a hub only to get errors when I scan a QR code. So if you don't pre-program the codes in your lock for people, they won't be able to enter because you won't be able to unlock anywhere with Google Home because you're not sure about Alexa. They've been "in talks with Google" since I installed the lock in July, but still haven't integrated it. You can find cheaper locks than a $250 + $30 hub with full Google Home functionality.

Pros
  • Up to 20 PIN codes
