Fun and Tasty Cheese
We had a lot of fun making cheese with this set. We were shocked at how easy and quick it was. So far we've made mozzarella cheese and hulimi. Both cheeses took about 30-35 minutes. No thermometer or gloves are included, so make sure you have both. Thick gloves (e.g. new dishwashing gloves) are essential or you will burn your hands. The cheese is very tasty, I am satisfied with the set.
