Cute but uncomfortable
The bag itself is very pretty, looks well made and is soft. The zipper is flimsy and sticky, but you only have to hold it with two hands. I don't know why people said it was small when it's huge and holds a ton. Cons: I'm going back because the shoulder straps are very bulky and uncomfortable. I wish they were the same strap material as the long strap. *** ALSO: Be careful, they just ship it in a thin transparent bag. Terrible and easy to damage or steal. Not even a Revain bag or box. I have to find my own box to come back.
