The best thing about this software is that it has made our life easier by providing us accurate data for effective decision making process. It also makes sure to provide timely insights which helps us improve sales performance as well. I would say there aren't any major downsides regarding its use but if you want something simple then don't go for retail cloud because their features might overwhelm or frustrate you later when they start becoming too complicated. If we have an idea how many customers will purchase from each category during certain time periods than we know exactly where to allocate resources accordingly without having to guess at things every day.
