Great company, very helpful and super fast response. The timer works great in a busy restaurant. We have 4 deep fryers and several cooks. This timer really helps in not overcooking and forgetting how long the food took to cook. It has multiple volume levels so you can turn it up so loud your chefs can't ignore it.
