Review on Thermaltake Software Hydraulic Radiator CL F100 PL12SW C by Jon Robertson

The fact that these things have 4 zones of light per fan is crazy, there are so many possibilities with it. However, I synced them with Razer Synapse 3 so I can't use the different lighting zones at all. They have software for designing animation effects, but creating animations is extremely labor intensive and time consuming, they could be MUCH better. The RGB software that controls them looks awful and every time it loads I have to give it permission to run and then enable synapse to sync. Also, about 50% of the time when I boot up my computer, I open the Thermaltake lighting software and it says it can't find the lighting controls. Every time my computer wakes up from sleep, the TT software crashes and just shows a black box, which persists even if I close the application from the task manager. I spoke to some technicians at TT about all of this, they were quite rude and ended up not helping at all. I love the hardware but they really need to improve the software to use it to its full potential. Originally my rating was 4 stars but I've been living with them for a while now and they are very disappointing so I downgraded them to 2. I often have to reboot to try to get it working properly. As much as I wish I had gone with Corsair, they seem to be more reliable.
