I wear shirts every day. Sometimes I have to wear a tie, but most of the time I don't. When I'm not wearing it, I hate the scruffy look of the collar, which comes off when I'm not wearing a button-down collar. These solve the problem. absolutely love her. I bought these instead of all the metal ones because I wasn't sure I was going to use them and didn't want to spend the extra money on metal. They work great and I don't think I need the metal ones. The magnets are strong and easy to align as they are strong enough to simply snap into place. Will be buying a second set to keep in my remote office when traveling.
