It's globular and stays wet.
I am very disappointed with this mascara. I had the ones I didn't like before and I just used them and didn't buy them again. I gave it away and then threw it away. It's sticky and doesn't dry out. It's non-sticky which keeps your lashes looking great. It gets everywhere, even in the eyes and burns! Then it is impossible to clean it after it gets dirty. I will not buy this mascara again and will definitely tell my friends not to buy this mascara.
