This is my first experience with wireless headphones. All previous headphones were connected by cable. The sound is good both for listening to audio books and for making phone calls (both clear for me and for the person I am talking to). I don't listen to much music, so I can't make an objective comparison. The reason I can only give 3 stars is because there is no on/off switch. So if I have to stop the book and remove the headphones, they don't turn off but continue to draw power. If I can't replace them in the small charging box, they may be completely drained by the time I need them again. They hurt your ears and don't stay inside. small ears, because in order for these earbuds to fit and stay in my ears, I have to tuck them in a bit and then tuck them back in every 10 minutes or so. I've tried many different ways of putting them in my ears. , if you tilt your head to the side, one FALLS If you don't fall out, your ears will hurt in less than an hour and you'll have to take them out - The volume is not adjustable on the headphones. It was a deal breaker for me because I like using headphones so I can walk around the house and get things done without having my phone with me all the time. These headphones have good range and I leave my phone downtown. and go pretty much anywhere in my 800ft house and still stay connected. If I need to change the volume, I have to run back to my phone to do so. Complaints about the charging case. This is a metal clamshell that feels well made. It is compact and has clear indicator lights. The power cord has a USB-C connector and plugs into the back. Once the earbuds are charged, I open the case and they pair in seconds and just connect to my Galaxy phone. One earbud is for the right ear and the other for the left, but it's hard to tell one from the other once they're out of the charging case. The earbud has tiny R or L letters in bright silver on a pearly white background, making them difficult to read. The headphone listening feature seems to work well if I can remember how many times it taps which ear and what it will do. Came in nice packaging. Other reviewers have already posted pictures so I won't duplicate them. I received my NexiGo Air T2 Ultra Thin Wireless Earbuds in exchange for an honest review.
