Review on Power Acoustik PCX 30F 30 Farad Capacitor by Ben Chase

Broken when opened. The little lid on the board broke. Please note that this is a used device, but it should be defective as advertised. I paid extra for the next day so I can use it today. I decided to fix it, but the bot was expecting someone who would use this for the sound to be ok with the spinning cap and be able to fix it (the capped posts were rough), me had a chance to see how good the draft was. Inside. Very disappointed. The labels were removed from the caps without indicating what they were. I highly doubt this is a 30f cap. And certainly not a hybrid capacitor as advertised.
