, fully consistent with the description, not very strong but easy to assemble. I place it horizontally on the top shelf in my closet and use it to organize my bags. Works great for this purpose. I don't put much weight on it, the top holds my hats. I didn't like that it doesn't have a bottom shelf, I think that makes it less durable if I use it for other purposes.
