Bought for my bathroom and as others have suggested we added glue to the joints for strength. The instructions were easy to follow (pictures) but it says the tools needed for assembly include a flat (flat) head and a Phillips (Posilock/Star) screwdriver, although the hardware provided is only in hex key format. The hex wrench was not included so have it handy. I think it was 4mm in size. We plan to add a layer of external polyurethane to increase the effectiveness of the existing finish and prevent mold in humid environments. Edit: Added an epoxy finish for the countertop and does a good job of repelling water. Time will tell but I'm sure the epoxy increased the stiffness even more so it should last a while.
