These tights served my purpose. My 5 year old granddaughter hates wearing thermals in cold weather so I usually buy opaque stockings to wear under her pants to keep her warm and give her extra protection from the cold at break. They work great for me. Yes they are a bit flimsy but my granddaughter is not complaining which means she loves them 100 times more than thermos. As far as "brilliance" goes, I expected more. For some reason I thought more that the stocking would sparkle... (no). It's more of a silky feel. Stockings also look great with fancy dresses. My granddaughter wore them for her vacation photos and they complemented the outfit very well. However, I like them and my granddaughter loves them, so it's 5 stars for us.
