UPDATE: After I posted my initial review, the seller contacted me and fully addressed all of my concerns. The customer support was 5/5 in this case. If I'm going to buy another car in the future, I'll probably buy this brand. First Review: This product was very easy to assemble. It folds up easily, but still takes up little space. I think it fits in the trunk of most cars. It feels really heavy, which is probably the best quality. I have two minor complaints and another major complaint. I'll start with the fact that this is the first car I've ever owned, so I really have no experience to base that experience on. Secondary: The cup holder spills drinks like crazy, I don't use it. . My cart is pulling to the left - it could just be my cart. I tried to balance the weight of my bag but kept having to steer it a little to the right. This makes it difficult to push with one hand. Others haven't mentioned it so it might be a one off issue, I'm not sure. The bump is too big, my bag is starting to fall out of the stretcher. This has only happened twice but I think I'll have to look at my own funds soon which is disappointing. Overall I think it's a quality product but I'm wondering if I just drank bad luck. If they update the product in the future I would start with the straps. With better straps I would give this 4-4.5 stars also with the other things I noticed.
