There are some limitations with certain features (such as custom fields), but they have always had good support from their team when needed. Highly recommend! One-stop shop tool for creating multiple types / sizes of forms quickly and easily - no HTML expertise required. Content building & outreach with email marketing automation is also improved significantly by using this service vs traditional tools like MailChimp/Aweber etc., which require tech experience (& additional fees).
