I looked for it in stores but couldn't find it. I saw some on Amazon and settled on these, so I boiled the potatoes, mashed them with a washing machine to break them up and then added some to the puree with my new rice, but 1 was hard to press trust me , 2 some came out while I was pressing them and to wash you really have to be careful and hand wash as some potatoes will get stuck and dry out if you put them in the dishwasher. I'll try instant mashed potatoes next time and update if no good results come back. good luck thank you
